Terms and conditions
By using Janma Patrika you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
Janma Patrika calculates Vedic astrology charts from birth details you provide and produces written interpretations, including downloadable PDF reports. Some features are free; others may be paid. Prices are shown before you pay.
Your responsibilities
- You are 18 or older, or you are acting with a parent or guardian's consent.
- The details you enter are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Results depend on the date, time and place you provide, and we cannot correct for errors in them.
- You have the right to enter details about anyone else you create a chart for.
- You will not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, overload it with automated requests, or resell reports as your own work.
Nature of the content
Astrological interpretations are traditional readings, not scientifically established facts and not predictions that any event will happen. They are not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Please read the disclaimer.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by a third-party provider. An order is treated as paid only after the provider confirms it to our server. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text templates and software belong to Your Business Name or its licensors. A report you buy is licensed to you for personal use. Your own birth data remains yours.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change features, prices or these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a report, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will decide any dispute.
